Posted by Justin on Apr 2, 2020 in Company Update | 0 commentsAt Nelsons Legal, we are not affected by the fact that Nelson McLean Limited (which is also based at Bell House) has had to close its legal practice – except that Nelson McLean is no longer available to help our clients with conveyancing and probate services .
We are still able to offer our own range of legal services:
- Commercial/business leases (new, if for no more than 7 years, and existing), including advice on terms and tenants’ responsibilities and landlords’ rights
- Acquisition and disposal of businesses – but not any conveyancing aspects that might be involved
- Commercial documents: contracts, terms of business, shareholders’/partnership agreements, etc
- Advice on property law, but not actual conveyancing
- Wills and powers of attorney
